Transcript	Annapolis 14 March 1786 My Dear Sir Inclosed [sic] is a Deed and all the Bonds, Accounts and Papers I have about our lands. I leave every thing to you. I suppose you will endorse on any Bonds that one half belongs to me, and that you will send me one half you have or shall receive. I wish you could conclude the whole in the Spring. I recollect we were to promise from Mr Phil Hammonds 25.9 - the original Grant, and that we spoke to some of the Sons, and they promised to let us have it. There will probably be only Rezin alive in a little Time. Matthias is ill of a Cancer. Inclosed [sic] is a list of laws prepared. Nothing is to be done with the old Loan Office Bonds until the General determine what is to be done . We all join in love to You and Yours and include Mr. Baker Johnson and Lady. We wish Mrs. Becky Baldwin at Home. My two Boys left me yesterday to go to School in Savannah. I go to Baltimore this Morning, my family in June . I sincerely wish you health and prosperity .
