Since I recieved [sic] your last letter I have been very busy attending the publication of the little book of which you wrote. I have been several times to New York for that purpose and shall remain here for a week or more.
I shall request Rudd and Carleton to send you a copy as soon as it is out. The publication of the book (involving as it has done much expense and trouble) has occupied all my time for the last few months. I hope you will like it. It is not, you know, in any way
