annual
appropriation
for
practical
maintenance
should be
secured
from the

No
definite
sum
was
fixed
but
it
was
understood
that
it
should
amount
to
about
$6000.00
.
It
was
stipulated
that
no
entrance
fees
should be
charged
and that the
museum
should be
open
to the
public
every
weekday
and on
Sunday
.
With the
advice
and
approval
of
Mr
